To make your workforce intelligence an integral part of business decisions, you need to develop a coordinated plan to share your findings with broader stakeholders in a way they’ll understand. Identify who needs the information, set measurable goals, and take your HR analysts and data scientists with you to help explain patterns and scenarios.
