Director of Sales

ZeroedIn is seeking an experienced Director of Sales who will operate as a player-coach, initially, to drive results in three areas:

  • Channel Sales & Development
  • Customer Direct Selling
  • Client/Account Management and Sales

It is our hope that as results are realized, this Director of Sales will develop teams to support each of the three areas above, providing a right example, guidance and overall strategic leadership throughout. This role will require developing solutions and cultivating opportunities through a combination of both Channel and Direct Client Sales execution and leadership.

Here is what we believe will make for an ideal candidate:

  • Experience identifying, developing and managing channel partners and working collaboratively with channel partner sales teams
  • Experience owning the full Sales pipeline, including Salesforce pipeline management and documentation
  • Ability to execute complex sales and effectively manage the Client life cycle 
  • Ability to develop an account-based selling strategy in support of client retention and expansion of accounts
  • Understanding of how to best collaborate with marketing leadership to drive full end-to-end pipeline
  • Consultative approach to solutions designed to solve problems for customers; a background in professional services is a plus
  • Someone with a background in, or at least a clear understanding of, data management and/or the HCM space
  • Experience and the business acumen to conduct a strategic conversation at all levels of an organization 
  • Ability and desire to work in an agile environment
  • Facilitate client feedback and insights to help the company scale and drive higher client retention 
  • Creation and execution of strategic plans to help drive top-line revenue
  • Must be comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Ability to create visibility for Executive Leadership and create dynamic recommendations based on market trends

Director of Marketing

ZeroedIn is looking for a Marketing Director to be in charge of the organization’s marketing ventures. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence and help it find a “voice” that will make a difference.  The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job, able to employ unique marketing techniques. He/She will be a skilled marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others.

Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. The goal is to increase the company’s market share and maximize revenues in order to facilitate growth.


  • Ensure consistency of execution of brand voice across channels & assets – collateral,  website, and socials
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Identify and execute brand partnership opportunities for event activation, content, merchandise
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
  • Work collaboratively with Sales leadership to drive end-to-end pipeline results

Requirements and Skills

  • 5+ years direct marketing experience
  • Strategic, analytical, and creative thinker
  • Proven achievement in creating data-driven strategies and solutions to support customer acquisition, ROAS and ROI goals
  • Strong understanding and prior experience leading marketing and customer acquisition strategy
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the rigor and discipline to build the business
  • Creative competencies that will allow us to stand out in the market
  • Strong grasp of business strategy and the ability to prioritize opportunities
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills
