This privacy statement applies to data we collect through the Zeroed-In.com website, the Zeroed-In service platform (“Service Platform”), and other webpages we operate in which we post a direct link to this statement (collectively, the “Sites”).

 

CUSTOMER DATA
Our customers may electronically submit personal information to us for hosting and processing purposes in connection with a subscription to our products or services (“Customer Data“). We will not review, share, distribute, or reference any Customer Data except as provided in the applicable Zeroed-In Master Subscription Agreement or as may be required by law. We process Customer Data in our Service Platform under the direction of our customers. We have no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data are contained in the Customer Data. Our customers are responsible for providing all notices associated with the proper collection of the Customer Data. An individual who seeks to access, correct, amend, or delete their data or withdraw consent to further contact should direct his or her query to the data controller. If the data controller requests that we remove the data associated with an individual, we will respond to the request within 30 days.

 

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We do not obtain personal information about you when you visit the Sites unless you choose to voluntarily provide it. Some areas of the Sites request or require personal contact information, such as your name, company name, address, phone number, e-mail address, company annual revenues, number of employees, and industry (“Contact Info“). We do not share your Contact Info with any third party without your consent, except to the limited extent described below under “Sharing of Collected Information.”

We, and our authorized service providers, may observe your activities, preferences, and transactional data (such as your IP address and browser type) relating to your use of the Sites (“Usage Info“). We use transient security and authentication cookies to manage your access rights within the Service Platform. These cookies are only valid for the current session and do not persist. Transient cookies are required for the Service Platform to operate.

 

LOG FILES
We gather certain information about you and your activities on the Sites automatically. This information may include your Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring and exit pages, operating system, date and time stamp, and clickstream data.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA WIDGETS
The Sites include social media features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share. This button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site.
